I am starting to get out on sports. I personally just cannot handle the stupid way they are covered and talked about. Everything is talked about in just the stupidest most base way possible. No one looks at the actual issues involved.
Sports are diversionnary for most people. We use them to escape, we do not want to think about the people involved as real people with real issues. We want them all to fit into some predefined box.
